Yoga for Life Practice Immersions
Whether you are craving deeper studies and time to delve further into your personal practice or you aspire to earn certification to teach yoga, our series of 8, 6-day long practice immersions is an incredible opportunity to further your knowledge and deepen your practice.
Each week includes focus on 1 of the 8 limbs of yoga as taught in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, 1 chakra, and 1 group of postures and overview of relevant anatomy. These weeks can be taken as stand-alone immersions or as a full series of all 8. The events are held in person at Glow Yoga in Basking Ridge, or you may join via zoom.

Yoga for Life - Kindness
This month we are delving into the Heart Chakra and opening our deepest capacities for Kindness and Compassion. Our study of back-bending and shoulder-opening postures will reveal how our physical posture allows us to show up in the world unguarded and open to others. These dynamic postures also help us create the physical room in our bodies for breath, and our intensive focus on pranayama throughout the week will affirm how different breathing techniques can be used to alter and balance our energetic state. We'll incorporate loving kindness meditations into our work throughout the week and realize how kindness to others is a powerful act of self-care
